It fascinates us, captivates us — and can also strike fear into our hearts: the human crowd. In our imagination, they even become an independent, sinister entity. The exhibition CROWDS exposes this specter. Its details, patterns, and dynamics are revealed with scientific rigor. To ensure that this does not remain dry theory, our interactive guided tour draws you right into the eye-opening experience.
Find out how many people can fit into a square metre, search for Walter in the crowd, sing in the shower and at an open-air festival. Take up the challenge and throw yourself into the crowd. This interactive and humorous exhibition sheds new light on the phenomenon of human crowds.
Duration: 60 minutes (afterward independent tour recommended, approx. 30 min.)
Only one class at a time (max. 24 students). A second group can start at least 15 minutes later.
