The museum is open on all public holidays except 1st August and 25th December.

Refugees holding Permits F, N or S
Schools* with bookings, supervised by at least one teacher can avail of free admission.
Schools* without bookings pay CHF 5.00/student.
*Applies to nursery school, primary school and stage I and II secondary schools as well as supervised (integration) projects, e.g. for unemployed individuals or asylum seekers
